Well there was only one choice really. Hey - they even have a statue of it. I did a search up for where to buy some locally sourced Herefordshire beef, and it wasn't actually that easy to find farms that would sell direct. So I ended up a place called Oakchurch Farm Shop, and as I explain in the video, its everything a hate about those places. It doesn't feel real, or rustic, just over priced and sterile.
But not to worry - it's not about the shop - it's about the beef! And so I ended up cooking it during my wild camp, and it was, as you can see, excellent.
